Had to have an uncomfortable procedure done today and met Dr. Olkowski for the first time. He explained why the procedure was necessary and what steps would be going forward depending on my results. But more importantly was his human touch. His kindness and reassuring tone made me relax a bit and he even stayed with me for a few minutes afterwards to make sure I was ok. That is unfortunately so unheard of today, a doctor who actually cares. I'm so grateful for Dr. Olkowski.

I went to my postpartum appointment and they made me wait more than 2 hours from my appointment time. I notice all the other people that have arrived after me was seen. After the 2 hours my parking meter has expired. At the same time the had calle me in, they put me in a room, took vital signs, weight and I ask if I asked if I can please go for 2minutes to put money on the meter and not to be skipped. When I came back the room they put me in was already taken by another patient and still had to wait all over again. at that point the meter was going to be expired again and I have to keep running back. I was so overwhelmed and told them I was in an intense pain and needed to see the doctor. They didn’t take that into consideration. I had to leave at that point and not be seeing by the doctor.

I’m very grateful to have doctors like Claudia and Steven Ravens. They treat their patients with respect and honesty. They performed a myomectomy where I can barely see a scar. I’m now pregnant and I’ve had the best experience ever.
